Dr. Constant Lu
Dr. Lu aspires to treat each dental visitor as an extended family member, treating them with respect and attention to their individual needs, while also continuing to learn new skills to optimize their dental health.
Dr. Rebecca Long
Dr. Long is well versed in complex dental cases due to her extensive USC dental training including several community outreach programs allotting her experiences unique to most dental students, including pediatric and surgical care.
Dr. Mark Costes
Dr. Mark Costes is far from a typical dentist and dental coach. During his career, he has been able to start or acquire over a dozen successful dental practices during some of the profession’s most challenging times.

Hi, my name is Jodilyn. I have been working in customer service since I turned 16 back in 2012. I started out in the medical field but was trying to get into the dental field for years. Once I finally got in, I loved it! I love being a part of the process to better someone’s smile! I love spending time with my husband and our three kids. We love going on long walks and always finding something to do outdoors.

Hello, my name is Susie, I am the office manager. I attended the Horizon Dental School of Dental Asst., and after receiving my certificate I became part of the team. I have been with Horizon Dental group since 2010. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, and watching my kiddos play soccer.

Hi, my name is Anna. I have been with Horizon Dental Group since 2019. I received my certification through Horizon Schools of Dental Assisting. After working as a dental assistant, my family started growing and I was able to stay home with them for a little while. I came back as front office and accepted the Front Office Lead position. I really enjoy working the front and helping assist in the back. I love hanging out with my husband and our three kids.

Erlyn
Hello, I am Erlyn one of the dental assistants at Horizon Dental Group in CV. I have a dental degree from the Philippines, a Washington State dental assisting license, and an expanded functions certification for Arizona. I moved here from washing State with my husband Constant, my mother-in-law, and my 2 children. We moved here to be close to our extended family and the Arizona sun. I enjoy traveling, doing outdoor activities and volunteering in a free clinic with the nonprofit organization Compassion Connect and reading Sunday worship with my family. I have been so blessed to be part of Horizon Dental Group, a company that gives opportunities to help their employees be the best dental professionals they can be. I am so excited and looking forward to meeting you all at Horizon Dental!

Hello, my name is Stephanie. I am newer to Horizon Dental Group. I started as a sterilization technician. Since then, I have been training to be a dental assistant and have been enjoying every part of it. For right now, it’s only my husband and I. We enjoy spending quality time together.
